Order Processing
Most of our products are made to order, including custom and personalized doormats.
- Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed
- Custom orders begin production once all required design details have been submitted by the customer
- Processing times vary depending on order volume and product type
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed or shipped.
Processing Times
Estimated processing times:
- Custom doormats: 7–14 business days after design details are received
- DIY kits: 3–7 business days
- Ready-made items (if applicable): 2–5 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as Canada Post or other courier services. Shipping method and cost are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Moose You Mat Company is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Events beyond our control
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders. If local pickup is offered, details will be provided at checkout or communicated after purchase.
Orders must be picked up within the timeframe provided. Unclaimed orders may be forfeited without refund.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Moose You Mat Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Moose You Mat Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist where possible.
International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Workshops & Digital Items
Workshop tickets and digital products (if applicable) are not shipped and will be delivered via email or as otherwise specified.
