Products & Services
We offer:
- Custom and personalized doormats
- DIY kits
- Workshop and class tickets
Many of our products are made to order based on customer-provided information. You are responsible for ensuring that all details you provide (names, spellings, design choices, etc.) are accurate.
Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.
Moose You Mat Company is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
DIY Kits
DIY kits are final sale once shipped or picked up. Please inspect your kit upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with missing or damaged items.
Workshops & Class Tickets
All workshop and class tickets are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a workshop, refunds will not be issued. In some cases, a DIY kit may be offered instead, at our discretion. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
We accept multiple forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and e-transfer. If paying by e-transfer, customers must include their order number in the payment message to ensure proper processing.
Orders will not be started until payment is received and confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Moose You Mat Company is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Moose You Mat Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Custom designs created by Moose You Mat Company remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accuracy of Information
