Each Custom Pet Doormat is hand-designed using your pet’s photo and carefully illustrated to capture their unique features before the mat is produced. These mats make the perfect gift for pet lovers or a fun way to welcome guests with your favourite companion right at the door.

Because each pet design is created from scratch, every mat is truly one of a kind.

Production Timeline

Custom pet designs require time and attention to detail.

Please allow:
• 1–2 weeks for the design process
• Approximately 1 week for production and drying

Total turnaround time is typically 2–3 weeks before your order is ready for pickup or shipping.

If you are local to Sudbury, you may select Local Pickup at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready.

Pet Photo Submission

Please email your pet photo to:

After placing your order, please send:

• Your pet photo
• Your order number
• Any wording you would like on the mat

Pet Guidelines

• One pet is included per design
• Additional pets are $20 per pet, per mat

The number of pets that can fit on a mat depends on:

• The level of detail in the pet photo
• The amount of wording requested
• The overall design layout

If multiple pets are requested, the final design may be adjusted to ensure the best possible result.

Colour & Design Details

Your doormat will be created using the colours shown in the product image unless otherwise discussed.

If you would like to request:

• Additional colours
• Custom colour changes
• Design modifications

These adjustments are available for an additional customization fee.

Please email any change requests after placing your order.

If there are any extra customizations or add-ons requested, a separate invoice will be created once all details are confirmed. Production will begin once the additional invoice has been paid.

Rush orders may be available depending on current production schedule. If you require your mat by a specific date, please email mooseyoumatco@gmail.com before placing your order to confirm availability and rush pricing.
