• Small – 16” x 24”: $50 + HST

• Large – 24” x 35”: $70 + HST

• Custom Pet Doormats – 24” x 35”: $100 + HST

• Custom Lake Doormats – 24” x 35”: $100 + HST

Please Note: Custom pet and lake doormats are only available in our large 24” x 35” size.

How to Order

1. Select your preferred doormat size and complete your purchase through our website.

2. EMAIL your design choice to mooseyoumatco@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

3. We will prepare your design and email you a preview for review and approval.

4. Review your design carefully. If adjustments are needed, please let us know BEFORE approving it.

5. Once you confirm your approval, we will begin creating your doormat.

6. Once your doormat is completed and fully dry, we will contact you to arrange pickup.

Important Design & Approval Information

ALL CUSTOM DESIGNS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE PRODUCTION.

We want you to love your finished doormat! That's why we send you a preview of your design before we begin painting.

Minor Design Adjustments

Minor adjustments to your design can be requested before final approval. These may include:

• Correcting spelling or names

• Small wording changes

• Minor adjustments to positioning or layout

• Small changes to existing design elements

These adjustments must be requested before you approve your final design.

Major Design Changes & New Designs

If you decide you would like a completely different design after your original preview has been prepared, this is considered a new design request rather than a minor adjustment.

A $25 additional design fee may apply to completely new designs or significant changes requiring the design to be recreated.

Any additional charges will be communicated before the new design work begins.

Final Design Approval

Once you have reviewed and approved your design, your approval is considered final.

No further changes can be made once your design has been approved and production has started.

Your finished doormat will be created based on the design you approved.

Please keep in mind that each doormat is hand-painted, so minor variations may occur between the digital preview and the finished product.

Design Submission Requirements

We do NOT accept designs created using ChatGPT or other AI-generated design programs.

Please ensure any designs submitted are original artwork or existing designs that can be recreated on a doormat.

All design choices, customization requests and approvals must be sent by EMAIL ONLY to mooseyoumatco@gmail.com.

We do not accept design requests or approvals through Facebook Messenger, website chat or text messages.

Processing Time

All of our doormats are hand-painted and made to order!

Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for completion, as we also host workshops throughout the week.

Processing time may be affected by delays in receiving your design information or final approval.

Need your doormat sooner? Please reach out before ordering to inquire about rush availability.

Once your doormat is completed and fully dry, we'll contact you to arrange pickup.
